Prepare a written summary providing an initial opinion regarding the reasonableness of the conduct at issue under Graham v. Connor. The summary will include an analysis of the factual and legal strengths of the case, identification of significant concerns or potential vulnerabilities, an assessment of whether the matter merits further investment of resources, and recommendations regarding appropriate next steps.

Conduct an exhaustive evidentiary review of all relevant materials, including but not limited to incident and investigative reports, body-worn camera footage, fixed and mobile surveillance video, deposition transcripts, applicable polices and procedures, training curricula and records, and related law enforcement logs and documentation. The analysis and review will provide a detailed comprehensive report.

Testimony/Deposition - Cost $400-500 an hour
